Is Amparo free to download?

Yes. Amparo is free to download. Free guides are available to read and save. Automatic daily case monitoring is part of Yo Peleo+, an optional in-app purchase. Review plan details in the app.

What do I need to add my case?

Your USCIS receipt number, or your A-Number if you have an immigration court case. Keep your official notices nearby so you can enter the correct information.

Can I use Amparo in Spanish?

Yes. Amparo is designed for English and Spanish speakers. You can explore your case information and ask the assistant questions in either language.

Can I update my profile?

Yes. Open Edit profile to update your name, phone number, and optional email address. You can also access Change password from that screen.

Is Amparo an attorney or a government app?

No. Amparo provides general information, not legal advice, and its AI assistant is not a person or an attorney. Amparo is not affiliated with USCIS, EOIR or ICE. Using the app does not create an attorney–client relationship.

How should I confirm my hearing date?

Always confirm your hearing date on your official notice or through the official EOIR case information system. The app helps you keep information at hand; your official records remain essential.
